**Information System Vice President**

**Job Summary**:
The role of a Vice President of IT at Toyota encompasses a broad and strategic scope, focusing on leading the company's information technology initiatives to support its overall business objectives
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with Toyota’s corporate objectives and long-term vision, focusing on innovation and digital transformation.
- Provide guidance to senior leadership
- Drive initiatives for digital transformation across the organization, enhancing operational efficiency and customer engagement
- Establish and monitor performance metrics for IT operations and projects to assess effectiveness and drive improvement.
- Leading and mentoring an IT team across the region
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, assessing their potential impact on the business and integrating relevant solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the IT organization, encouraging innovation and the adoption of best practices
- Act as a liaison between IT and other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Foster a culture that embraces change and innovation, ensuring alignment with Toyota’s core values.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 15+ years of IT experience, with a minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role, ideally within the automotive sector
- Strong knowledge on IT Law in Thailand & Singapore with a deep understanding of global IT practices.
- Strong background in areas such as infrastructure management, software development, cybersecurity, or digital transformation
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop IT teams.
- Driving change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Experience collaborating with Singapore and Thai office
