HR Administration Officer

**[Roles and Responsibilities]
- Checking the contact for HR operation matters, HR-related inquiries, and disciplinary cases.
- Monitor, upkeep, and ensure the security and accuracy of employees’ records and documents
- Functioning as a liaison between employees and management for manpower needs
- Follow up with employees’ queries, grievances, concerns, issue resolution, emergency situations, etc.
- Ensure all administrative documents are recorded correctly.
- Preparation of meeting schedules
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
**[Requirements]**
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, or related
- Min. 1 year of working experience in HR and Admin functions would be priority
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Team-oriented and able to work well with different stakeholders
- Able to communicate well and comfortable in dealing with conflicts
- Possess a good working attitude and responsibility
