**Job Description**:
We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer with exceptional skills to take ownership of five ongoing projects in the areas of e-commerce, education, and real estate platforms. This is a unique opportunity to work on diverse and exciting platforms, including single-vendor and multi-vendor e-commerce sites, an LMS-powered educational platform, and a property listing portal.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Platform Development & Customization:
Stickify: Develop and refine features for this platform (details to be discussed).

Online school: Customize and deploy a WordPress-based LMS (MasterStudy), including AI integration for quizzes, grade-specific content, and advanced assessments.

(Single-Vendor E-Commerce): Build or customize a user-friendly single-vendor e-commerce platform with seamless checkout and payment gateway integration.

(Multi-Vendor E-Commerce): Create a robust multi-vendor marketplace with vendor dashboards, commission management, and buyer-seller communication.

Propertymarketplace-Style Platform: Develop a real estate portal for property listings, including advanced search and map integration.

2. Integration and Customization:
Integrate APIs (e.g., OpenAI for iProf, payment gateways, Google Maps).

Customize features such as messaging, search filters, and advanced analytics.

Optimize for SEO and mobile responsiveness.

3. Testing and Optimization:
Perform extensive testing to ensure functionality across all platforms.

Optimize platforms for performance, security, and scalability.

4. Project Coordination:
Communicate regularly with the founder to gather requirements and provide updates.

Plan and prioritize project deliverables to ensure all projects are completed on time.

5. Post-Launch Support:
Provide maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting for all platforms post-launch.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Full-Stack Development:
Strong knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, Python, and frameworks like Laravel, Node.js, React, or Angular.

Expertise in WordPress development, including plugin and theme customization.

E-Commerce Development:
Experience building single-vendor and multi-vendor platforms using solutions like WooCommerce, Shopify, or Magento.

LMS Experience:
Familiarity with WordPress LMS platforms (e.g., MasterStudy, LearnDash) and API integration for advanced features.

API Integration:
Proven experience with RESTful APIs, payment gateways, and tools like OpenAI (GPT-3/4), Google Maps, or Twilio.

Database Management:
Proficiency in managing databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

UX/UI Understanding:
Ability to collaborate on or create user-friendly interfaces with responsive designs.

SEO Optimization:
Knowledge of technical and on-page SEO strategies for better visibility.

Hosting and Cloud:
Familiarity with cloud hosting solutions (AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean) and deployment pipelines
