One of our clients, which is a Trading firm of electronics components, and semiconductors, is now looking for an Assistant HR & GA Officer for this dynamic team.
- Report to General Manager and Regional HR Manager
- [What you will be working on]
- HR:
- End-to-end recruitment includes posting advertisements, coordinating with external agencies, scheduling, interviewing, preparing offer proposals, and employee onboarding.
- Offboarding for resigned and terminated employees and expatriates.
- Payroll - incentive and overtime calculation, social security, provident funds, reconciliation, tax filing.
- Compensation and benefits - insurance renewal and enrollment, claims submission and administration, leave management, etc.
- Organize internal and external employee training courses and evaluations.
- HR reporting and administration - work passes matters, internal and external report submission, preparation of letters, maintaining employee records.
- Support employee performance review and annual salary review activities.
- Review and update the employee handbook by local legislation.
- Organize staff activities.
- Support the Indonesia branch on HR management.

General Affairs:
- Act as point of contact for correspondence with government agencies.
- Office administrative duties - document filing, equipment maintenance, courier services, business travel arrangements, pantry and stationery.
- Responsible for office lease renewal and relocation.
- Liaise with the IT team on setup, maintenance, and support.
- Coordinate ISO renewal and recertification as Management Representative.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

- Min. 1 year of relevant experience with good knowledge of MOM regulations and Employment Act
- Proficient in MS Office
