Qs Engineer

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To review tender documents and clarify with client on queries
- Source for quotations and negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare cost estimates for ACMV projects
- Identify and propose cost-effective solutions
- Monitor and ensure all Suppliers equipment selection and Subcontractors quote meets tender requirements.
- Assist to verify subcontractor claims and subcontractor awards.
- Stay up to date with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to ACMV work.
- Work closely with BMS specialist supplier and contractor.
- Prepare and submit flow control schematic, logic & BMS write out etc.
