**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle full set of the purchasing process (Sourcing, RFQ, shipping, follow-up on deliveries, warehousing)
- Perishable products sourcing and procurement, especially in Meat (Lamb/ Poultry/ Beef etc)
- Negotiate with both overseas and local suppliers
- Inventory Management
- Product Specification compilation
- Shipment received product costing

- At least 2 years of related working experience, in the food manufacturing/ frozen food/ meat buying industry.
- Prior experience in handling full set of the purchasing processes is a must.
- Strong sourcing and negotiation skills
- Able to commit on Saturdays
- Understanding of SFA import regulation
