**Our Client**:
Our client is one of the leading in Data Centre Solutions. They are actively looking to hire a Real Estate Transaction Manager to join their team.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Track and monitor a high volume of large, complex real estate transactions including the acquisition of freehold, leasehold or fee simple ownership interest in land and/or buildings
- Execute transaction strategies for a given region or market
- Act as initial scout for identified markets and sites, travel to potential site locations, complete initial site assessments, prepare travel reports and diligence packages for internal review
- Manage transactions from inception to close
- Act as Point of Contact for all informational inquiries, inbound/outbound from third parties
- Track and monitor all acquisition opportunities
- Track, monitor, and report on status of all acquisitions
- Draft Letters of Intent from standard templates
- Maintain templates through ongoing process improvement cycle
- Engage with local brokers, consultants, or others as necessary to comply with Know Your Client and other legal requirements
- Support closing activities
- Manage all pre-diligence and due diligence materials, checklists and dashboards supporting site selection

**The Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge and experience in commercial real estate/property transaction
- Bachelor of Science, Degree in Commercial Real Estate, Surveying, or Business Management
- Data Centre or technical facility experience is preferred
