Job Overview 综述:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to manage and coordinate our organization’s maintenance operations.

As a Maintenance Planner, your responsibilities will include scheduling and planning maintenance work, estimating costs, and ensuring the efficient use of resources.

Responsibilities 职责:

- In charge of the routine and non-routine maintenance planning for all process units. Serve as the owner of the plant work order system and scheduling process for PM program.
- Coordinate with operations, technical and maintenance stuff to Plan and schedule maintenance request using SAP based on demand, workload, skill set, and priorities.
- Provide maintenance support to the safe, profitable and reliable plant operation by planning maintenance activities according to Celanese Maintenance Procedure and Safety Policy.
- Champion safe work practices and support safety programs including, HazRec, Besafe, Lift Critical Audit and preparation of Risk Assessment for maintenance tasks. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Ensure that routine maintenance metrics are adhered in line with best-in-class performance practices like schedule compliance, percentage interrupts and drive PPM execution.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure the completion of tasks within the stipulated time. Identify and resolve any problems that could delay maintenance operations.
- Identifies and obtains determinable materials, and estimates cost in terms of direct labor, materials required and total cost.
- Coordinate with procurement team for material purchasing and engaging vendor services
- Ensure that routine maintenance metrics are adhered in line with best-in-class performance practices like schedule compliance, percentage interrupts and drive PPM execution.
- Analyze maintenance data, prepare and present maintenance reports.

Qualifications 要求:

- In depth knowledge of planned maintenance principles and ability to identify, organize and prioritize activities to ensure an optimum planned maintenance program
- Familiar with the plant equipment, maintenance needs, in particular with E&I related issues.
- Conversant with SAP R/3 for the PM module
- Conversant with MS project
- Experience in planning and material coordination
- Minimum 3 years as maintenance planner or scheduler experience in the petrochemical, chemical or refinery industry
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
