**The Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. As the **Senior Strategic Development Manager**, you will drive strategic collaborations with overseas educational institutions. **Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
**1.**Strategics management**
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the institution’s growth objectives and evolving educational landscape.
- Provide insights through market analysis and competitive benchmarking to support leadership decisions.

**2.**Private Education Compliance Leadership**
- Lead and oversee compliance with Singapore’s Private Education regulatory framework, ensuring academic programs and business development initiatives adhere to the required standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to internal teams on best practices for maintaining Private Education compliance.

3. **Academic Partnerships**
- Conduct market research to identify education programs aligned with market demand.
- Identify suitable overseas higher education institutions, build strategic partnerships, and cultivate long-term relationships.
- Oversee the complete implementation of new overseas educational collaborative

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge and experience with managing Private Education compliance processes and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards in Singapore.
- At least 5 years of experience in academic partnerships, strategic planning, or business development, with a background in the education sector preferred.
- Strong understanding of global higher education markets and programs.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.
