An opportunity has arisen for the role of an experienced Manager to lead our Loan Administration Team in Asia. Our team provides loan portfolio administration Services to our Private Debt Fund and credit clients.

Responsibilities include: - Management of a portfolio of loan administration clients and for overseeing onboarding of new loans onto a servicing platform. - Assisting in designing and documenting the processes and procedures across all aspects of the delivery in the loan cycle. - Leading business development initiatives and assist in the preparation of prospective client presentations. - Managing the standard of work delivered from staff monitoring quality and efficiency of work provided and delegate work to appropriate levels as required. Including: - overseeing the servicing of loan rate and payment changes as per the loan documents. - supervising the proof and reconciliation of general ledger accounts related to the loan portfolio. - reviewing and authorising statements and closing documents
- overseeing the processing and servicing of loan participations and syndications. - Acting as the point of contact, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and liaising with these parties on a frequent basis. - Reviewing our technology offering and explore more tools which may assist in the delivery of end client solution. - You may perform special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
