Your tasks

Inventory Goods Receipt (GR)
- Work in NPM Goods Receipt & Dispatch Office
- Receiving deliveries from external parties
- Recording and updating of Goods Receipt in SAP
- Contacting Recipients for parcel collection
- Facilitating the collection of export deliveries by external parties

Logistics Service Provider(LSP) management
- Organize incoming pre-alerts
- Timely delivery co-ordination from port to warehouse
- Invoice E-sign verification
- Arrange and monitor inbound shipments
- Application of import permit with freight forwarder

Communication
- Pre-alert on shipment arrivals
- Interaction with internal/external parties relating to Goods receiving and issuing

Warehouse Management (WM)
- Co-ordination on incoming shipments & replenishment of shipping supplies
- Co-ordinate Value Added Services(VAS)activities with Third party warehouse
- Transfer of completed VAS materials in SAP
- Handle claims with Suppliers
- SAP Inventory check on Cycle count/Third party warehouse enquiry
- Create packing list for export shipment from Warehouse
- Raise CEOs for VAS consumables purchase

**Profile**:

- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Logistics & Inventory Management related areas
- Ability to take initiatives and work under mínimal supervision
- proficient in Microsoft office
- possess good interpersonal and problem solving skills
- working knowledge of English
- working experience in SAP MM module is advantageous
