Responsible for business development of a new customer base
- Foster strong business relationships with existing customers and ensure consistent business follow-ups
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance
- Preparing press releases and publicity materials and attending press events
- Evaluating campaign performance and data analytics
- Liaising with frontend and backend departments to promote programs and campaigns
- Website and social media platform content update and content writing
- Organizing events, exhibitions and promotional activities
- Ensuring marketing plans are executed according to the project timeline
- Conducting competition research and market analysis to identify the target audience
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree holder or above with one year of relevant experience
- Organized, meticulous, results-oriented and can handle stress and tight deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment
- Possess excellent communication skills, creative, resourceful and a team player
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Ability to interact with people at all levels
- Presentable, confident, self-driven & goal-oriented
