BCS is NETS’ wholly owned subsidiary, and is an entity within the NETS Group. It manages and operates clearing and payment infrastructure for the Singapore Automated Clearing House, including Fast And Secure Transfers (FAST), Inter-bank GIRO (IBG), Cheque Truncation System (CTS), and provides services for PayNow and SGQR Central Repository.

**Position Overview**

The Technology Services and Operations (TSO) Department ensures BCS ITIL processes are operationally relevant and optimised with sufficient controls, providing the IT teams a framework to operate and deliver IT services to our customers.

The ServiceNow tools administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform within an organisation. This involves configuring the system to meet the specific needs of the organisation and ensuring that it is running smoothly and efficiently. The administrator may also be responsible for training users on the platform, as well as troubleshooting any issues that arise. In addition to ServiceNow, the administrator will support other tools that falls under the care of TSO Department.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Configuring and customising the ServiceNow platform to meet the needs of BCS
- Managing users’ accounts and permissions within the system
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Providing training and support to users of the platform
- Developing and implementing processes and procedures for using the ServiceNow platform
- Keeping up to date with new features and capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and implementing these as needed

**Requirements**:

- Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred
- Strong technical skills with mínimal 5 years of experience using ServiceNow platform including ITSM, ITOM and CSM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users of the platform
- Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and find creative solutions
- Strong organisational skills and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Thorough understanding of IT processes and best practices, including incident management, change management and service level management
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
- Experience working with ELK and Ansible will be a plus
