Roles & Responsibilities

Supervisors **oversee employee performance in a certain department of the organization **. They monitor the installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance work of technicians. They supervise teams of technicians, oversee workers, and perform inspections on work orders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise Troubleshoot, repair, services & maintain Air-Conditioning.
- Perform on-site and in-house Supervise and services / repair.
- Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.Aircon installation works.
- Aircon servicing works (maintenance service, chemical treatment, overhaul treatment and etc.)
- Carry out aircon preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Trouble shoot and resolve technical issues.
- Testing and commissioning of the equipment.
- Report all problems identified during preventive maintenance and carry out repair works.
- Ensure drain pipe is free of dust/dirt and draining properly.
- Performing repair jobs promptly and efficiently.
- Lead the team of technicians to carry out work efficiently.
- Send workers from Place of Stay to various work sites and vice versa.
- Purchase, collection and delivery of materials/goods from supplier or vendor to sites.
- Perform loading and unloading of goods/materials.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods/materials to sites.
- Perform basic maintenance / upkeeping of vehicle.
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably at least 4 years of relevant supervisory and hands-on experiences in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repairs in air-con systems.
- Must be independent and must be able to lead the team of technicians.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical work required and be able to work long hours.
- All races welcome.
