The Planner / P6 Scheduler is responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6 software.
- This role ensures that projects are planned effectively, monitored regularly, and completed on time.
- The P6 Scheduler works closely with project teams to identify risks, track progress, and report on scheduling performance.
- Prepares Primavera P6, to monitor the progress and substantiate time and cost entitlements.
- Produce and maintain good quality work on the project schedule, inclusive of frequent updating project schedule with physical site progress
- Able to develop progress reports, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis (e.g., overall Scurve, plan vs actual table)
- Track project progress against the baseline schedule and identify deviations.
- Regularly update and maintain schedules to reflect current project conditions.
- Analyse schedule impacts due to project changes and provide mitigation strategies.
- Determine project requirements and estimate resources by allocating correct resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Coordinate between interdisciplinary for logical connection among activities.
- Prepare construction schedules, resources, and costs loaded with the governance of major project milestones stated in the project contract.
- Oversee the master schedule and highlight deviations that are critical enough to pay attention to the supervisor/project management team.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to gather project information.
- Interface with sub-contractors and client representatives to finalize the baseline schedule.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation for audit and reference purposes.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects.
- Good hands-on experience with Primavera 6 and Microsoft Project for project scheduling.
- Certification in project scheduling or management (e.g., PMI-SP, PMP) is an advantage.
