**Singapore CNC Precision Engineering Company - Night Shift Turn Mill Setter**:
**Location**:Singapore LoYang

**Salary**:S$1,800 - S$4,000 (Gross, includes OT)

**Working Hours**:5 days per week,

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up **CNC turning & vertical milling machines**in accordance with programming and tooling specifications.
- Perform **dimensional and geometric measurements**to verify component accuracy.
- Conduct **first-level inspections**on completed parts to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
- Carry out **preventive maintenance**and routine servicing of machines and related equipment.
- Maintain consistent **high-precision output**and ensure all work meets required quality standards.
- Implement and sustain **5S practices**(Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) within the work area.
- Adhere to all **Workplace Safety and Health (WSH)**policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a **Technical Certificate or Diploma**in **Mechanical Engineering**or a related discipline.
- Minimum **5 years of hands-on experience**in a precision machining or engineering environment.
- Proficient in **reading and interpreting mechanical or technical drawings**.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve machining issues promptly.Self-motivated and committed to maintaining quality and continuous improvement.
