**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide professional nursing care before, during, and after aesthetic or surgical procedures.
- Assist anaesthetists in the administration of anaesthesia, including pre-induction checks, assessments, and post-induction monitoring, in accordance with clinic protocols.
- Respond to emergencies (e.g., Code Blue) and manage crisis situations efficiently and calmly.
- Ensure accurate documentation of nursing care and procedures in the PLATO system.
- Administer and dispense medication, including controlled drugs, in a responsible and accountable manner.
- Support operating room (OR) and aesthetic unit (AU) activities, including inventory control, equipment maintenance, and preparation for procedures.
- Liaise with patients regarding appointments, surgery reminders, post-op follow-ups, and general queries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing feedback and service concerns promptly.
- Assist with administrative duties such as insurance claims, Medisave submissions, and other documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with the team of aesthetic and plastic surgery professionals to deliver high standards of patient care.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Nursing or equivalent. Advanced Certificate or Diploma in Perioperative Nursing is preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license under the **Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)**.
- Minimum **2-3 years of post-registration clinical experience**, preferably in plastic or cosmetic surgery settings.
- Certification in **Basic Life Support (BLS)**and **Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)**.
- Strong knowledge of surgical and post-operative patient care.
- Able to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented with a high level of professionalism and care.
- Proficient in computer systems and clinic management software (e.g., PLATO).
- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to support clinic needs beyond core responsibilities.
