Food Technologist

Have knowledge of Fermentation Process
- Operation of Bioreactor and fermentation system
- Conduct research and development for optimisation of production process
- Effectively organise, interpret, and present data to peers, cross functional teams, senior leadership, and colleagues
- Prepare, review, and provide guidance for the preparation of documents to meet all quality, regulatory and compliance requirements
- Communicate with the appropriate regulatory and compliance agencies (i.e. FDA), as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental and corporate quality

**Requirements**:

- Minimally Polytechnic Diploma in Food Science, Biotechnology or related field
- Prior experience in the Food Technology would be advantageous
- Positive Attitude
- Able to work independently as well as with team members
- Willing to learn
