Caterpillar Asia is seeking a talented Human Resource Services Representative in Singapore.

As a Human Resource Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing hands-on, full cycle Human Resources support to Asia Distribution Center (Singapore), a business unit in our Product Support & Logistics Division. This role works with operations leaders and Human Resource teams across Singapore and Asia Pacific to execute HR operational duties and support in driving Human Resource initiatives. This is an individual contributor role based in Singapore, reporting to the Human Resources Manager.

**The primary responsibilities for this position will be to (but not limited to)**
- Drive HR operations excellence while executing full HR functions of employees’ life cycle - from recruitment, onboarding, professional development, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, industrial relations to exit management.
- Execute and implement HR policies and processes, with a HR business partnering mindset.
- Manage and guide supervisors and employees on using HR systems - e.g. Workday, Kronos
- Collaborate with Corporate and Regional HR teams, shared services teams, and various Centers of Excellence teams to support business unit’s HR needs.
- Support Managers and Supervisors in managing employee issues and questions.
- Play an active role to support the business unit’s strategy and business growth in attracting and retaining talents.
- Drive improvements in HR processes towards lean approach.
- Any other duties as and when assigned.

**Required Skill and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma (HR or related field preferred, though not a must), with at least 5 years of HR generalist experience.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Comfortable interacting with rank and file employees and supervisory levels.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources practices and local employment laws and regulations.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and resilient to changes.
- Proactive to raise issues and suggest solutions for improvement.
- Strong in HR operations skills.
