We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Sector Communication & Engagement Department. Functioning as the Team Lead, you will help shape and drive engagements with our Community Care Partners and roll out effective and timely communications through our various digital platforms and organised events.
Supervising a team, the Lead will be required to coordinate with various AIC Internal Stakeholders to streamline implementation and timing of engagements and announcements to the sector, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of such engagements and introduce new and novel ways of communicating to the sector, including use of videos and social media apps.
The Lead will be required to enhance sector engagement through innovative use of social media, planning and curating content, onboarding and management of key partners into our social media assets and monitoring the maintenance of an updated list of contacts. The role will also see you organising major annual events for the sector, such as the Community Care Work Plan Seminar and Community Care Day.
- Support the Deputy Director in the development and implementation of the Community Care Sector (Sector) communication and engagement plan
- Lead the team to build long-term communications and engagement for the Sector
- Play a key role in the coordination with AIC internal stakeholders to assess and identify interests and needs of Sector and streamline the implementation
and timing of communications, engagements and activities
- Ensure timely and effective communication to Sector on important policy announcements
- Develop a system to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the team's communications and engagements and recommend timely refinements, where required
- Propose new ideas to improve the engagement of sector through introduction of new and engaging ways of communicating to the sector, including use of videos and social media apps
- Create strategies and oversee their implementation to drive our target audience to our digital marketing platforms.
- Play a lead role in organising major events for the sector, such as Community Care Day
- Plan and supervise teams in execution of campaigns to commemorations events relevant to the sector such as Nurses Day and World Mental Health Day and drive continuous programmes refinement and review through post-event feedback from participants
- Presenting the Department's plans to the senior management team, including for annual coordination for Work Plan
- Coach, mentor and foster staff development and budget management
- Provide account management to assigned community care service providers to understand their strengths and provide support to facilitate their growth and development
**Job Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Minimum recognised degree with at least 8-12 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Communications with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Prior experience in social and/or community care sector is preferred
- Experience in undertaking digital communications campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media and digital platforms and skills in Office 365 suites is a must
- Basic video production and editing capabilities and basic graphic designing skills will be an asset
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and ease of engaging external stakeholders
- High level of responsiveness, sense of urgency, ability to operate on a highly pressurised and dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Results-oriented, ability to plan, track and follow through to deliver on aggressive deadlines
