Bearie Learning Space is a premier educational psychology service provider in Singapore, dedicated to unlocking the full potential of every child. They offer a comprehensive range of services, including psychological and IQ assessments, early intervention programs, home-based therapy, and positive behavior support coaching. Additionally, they provide social skills training, speech and occupational therapy, educational therapy, and professional development for educators and parents. With a focus on personalized and evidence-based approaches, Bearie Learning Space ensures that each child receives the tailored support they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide individual and family counselling
- Work closely with parents to develop effective strategies for supporting their children's social, emotional, and behavioural development
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals/agencies
- Conduct small and large group psycho-educational sessions on coping strategies
- Maintain case consultation records and proper documentation

**Requirements**:

- Relevant counselling qualification, recognised by the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC)
- Passion for working with children and families
- Empathy for children with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Awareness of and sensitivity to multicultural issues
- Resourceful and resilient
- Preferably at least three years of working experience with children and youths, and their families
