**Our client**:
A general construction group listed on the SGX Mainboard with 40 years of experience, during which we have handled a wide range of projects, from residential buildings to conservation houses, schools, churches, industrial buildings and business parks. They are A1-graded under CW01 (General Building) and A2-graded under CW02 (Civil Engineering) by the Singapore's Building and Construction Authority.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of site contractors;
- Monitor job progress and ensure that civil contracted works meets all practical, commercial, requirements of productivity, quality and contract target completions;
- Ensure all Structural work is carried out within established budgets and schedules;
- Ensure all design work conforms to the codes and standards used by the client, or to agreed industry standards.
- Implement and oversee site projects assigned to ensure smooth project execution
- Manage internal and external contractors well to ensure quality of work and scope of work is within specifications.
- To coordinate with subcontractors/suppliers to execute contract works.
- Responsible for all inspection activities being carried out.
- Assist in planning, schedule and technical support to PM.

**Requirements**:

- Able to work 5.5 work days week
- Diploma / Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
- Min 5 years relevant experience for structure works with coordination interfacing with Architectural/structural/M&E works
- Hardworking and willing to work late hours including administrative work, site inspection and safety affairs on site

**Salary**
$2,800 - $4,500
