Yojee Limited (ASX: YOJ) is a cloud based (SaaS) logistics platform that seamlessly and uniquely manages, tracks and optimises freight movements along the entire logistics chain, from sender to end customer, across borders and between logistics providers (land, sea, air), with subcontractors and for multi-leg journeys. Rarely is a single carrier servicing an entire goods journey from sender to end customer, or exclusively using one type of transportation method. Yojee ensures connectivity and more efficient planning along the entire journey.

Yojee Customer Success is a proactive function focused on driving value for the customer, identifying new revenue opportunities and assisting our customers to deliver on their business goals.

**About the role**

The Global account Manager role maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customers. Assigned to a portfolio of major customers, the role is responsible for achieving sales quotas, assigned strategic account objectives and revenue growth.

This position is a part of the Customer Success team but works with multiple departments within the organization including Sales, Product, Technology, and Marketing.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Monitor the satisfaction level of strategic customer accounts and report progress to internal stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with relevant Yojee departments to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Develop strategic growth opportunities identifying core enterprise customers and prospects and mapping the benefits of Yojee solutions to the business requirements.
- Understand the customer's organisational/power structure and work to achieve alignment with all stakeholders globally.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Analyze client data to provide solution-based proposals to clients.
- Provide continuous feedback to the broader team about product positioning, feature requests, and competitive landscape within the logistics industry.
- Handle commercials, upsells, and renewals on existing customers.
- May be required to perform other related duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Strong relationship-building skills to build trust and rapport with customer account stakeholders as well as internal department teams.
- Extensive account management background in warehousing, logistics and/or transport.
- Strategic sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Proven leadership and influencing skills.
- Superior positive customer management expertise and creative problem-solver.
- Desire to be part of a fast-paced startup with an appetite for success and the self-motivation required for working in small teams.
- Analytical and data oriented; ROI focused approach to growth, customer acquisition and marketing.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
