**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- This position is for Centre for Research on Successful Ageing (ROSA).
- The Research Assistant’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Conducting literature review, writing research briefs, co-ordinating with external organizations, organizing data collection for both qualitative and quantitative research, working on data management, and assisting with academic and translational research.
- The role will also assist in maintaining and creating content for our communication platforms such as the ROSA website, Newsletters to SLP members and social media platforms.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Undergraduate degree.
- Well-trained in research methods.
- Quantitatively trained, preferably with experience with STATA and/or SPSS.
- 1 to 2 years of experience working within a research-related environment in a similar capacity will be advantageous.
- Records data according to research protocols.
- Ability to balance numerous tasks simultaneously and is organized.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite, skilled in designing EDMs, brochures and reports using Canva or similar software.
