Landscape Designer/coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design, execution and coordination of landscaping works
- Plan work schedules, manpower and equipment according to contract specifications.
- Prepare shop drawing, as-built drawing, etc.
- Attend and coordinate to clients’ requests, meetings and provide creative solutions for landscape issues.
- Conduct daily and monthly site assessments to inspect horticultural practices and landscape quality requirements.
- Prepare site reports/daily activities reports to detail observation and recommendations - to be submitted daily internally and monthly externally.
- Establish reporting norms for supervisor and gardeners to follow and to report site progress and issues.
- Enforce workplace safety and health regulations for landscape maintenance on site.
- Coach and guide gardeners on performance expectations and tackle landscape challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Landscape Design / Landscape Architecture or related field with min 3 years experiences.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Result-oriented personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem solver and team player with a strong sense of urgency.
