The Sales Representative is responsible for the profitability of the business by developing long and short-term sales goals which include increasing distribution of listed products, execution of sales and marketing program, picture of success on the visibility of our portfolio of brands and achieving monthly targets.
- To penetrate and increase distribution of all products
- Provide regular feedback on competitors’ information, market activities, programs, and new products and maintain prospect database
- Assist in any other duties as assigned from time to time
- Visit assigned accounts regularly to build and maintain good rapport with customers
- Collect payment, achieve sales targets set by the company
- Build and maintain positive relationships with chain and independent customers within the various channel
- Resolves customer feedback/complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Utilizing pricing and promotion strategies, marketing opportunities, servicing, merchandising and category management skills.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels or its equivalent
- Outgoing and pleasant personality, enjoy working in Sales
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales roles preferred
- Ability to communicate, develop relationships and negotiate at all levels
- Independent, self-motivated, and result-oriented individual as well as a team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
