The M&E Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and execution of all M&E works at site in a timely manner.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are as follows:

- Understand contract requirements and M&E specifications in order to monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with project requirements/construction schedule.
- Liaise with design consultants on the design intent.
- Coordinate with in-house architectural & structural team to minimize discrepancies.
- Check and prepare material samples with shop drawing submission.
- Assist in M&E coordination meeting.
- Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers for drawing issuance.
- Assess, prepare and submit progress claims for project consultants & subcontractors.
- Coordinate and assist site superintendent on installation and maintenance of site temporary utilities services. Adherence to safety practices in the workplace.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
- Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination
- Minimum 1-3 years’ M&E service experience in Mid-scale building and A&A integration work
- Understand contract requirements and M&E specifications
