**The Challenges**

As an Accounts Assistant in Development Fund, you will handle the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions which includes:
1) Performing data entries into Navision, prepare and assist in day
- to
- day operations in accounting

3) Issuance of tax exempted receipts and official receipts for all income received

4) Ensure all disbursement for invoices and claims are processed timely and accurately and are in compliance to policies and regulations

5) Donation boxes’ collection and others: Count, tabulate and bank-in

6) Monthly bank Reconciliation

7) Filing and storage of all receipt and payment files

8) Any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor (such as collection of mail from Mailroom)

**The Requirements**

1) GCE ‘O’/ ‘A’ Level/ NITEC/Higher NITEC/ CAT/ Diploma in accounting/ business studies (administration) or other relevant professional qualification (e.g. CAT or advance LCCI)

2) Positive working attitude and high level of initiative

3) Able to work under pressure and meet the deadline

4) Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word & Excel)

5) Team player

6) Microsoft Dynamics Navision experience will be advantageous
