Admin Executive

Join the Kindermusik team in running our studios. If you love babies and children, you get to see them all the time. If you love music, you are immersed in it everyday. Kindermusik studios run Early Childhood Music education sessions for children from newborn to 6 years old. Studio admin takes care of front desk situations, phone enquiries and bookings, back end clerical tasks, maintenance of the studio for operation along with the rest of the team.

We are a close knit team of people who love to dance and sing. As one of our admin support, you will be doused in endorphin day in day out. We would love you if you are able to interact with people, you don’t have to be an extrovert to do so You do want to be meticulous, and has a good eye for details too. A plus if you have legible handwriting

**Responsibilities**:
1. To run daily studio operations routine jobs, such as phone answering, filing, checking, general correspondence issues

2. Manage and update studio classes bookings on schedule

3. Handle requests and queries appropriately

4. Handle fees payments and receipts, manage cash counts accurately

5. Update customer database

6. Maintain studio cleanliness

7. Provide administrative support to the Kindermusik team

Basic Qualifications

1. A minimum 1-2 years of experience in handling multiple admin tasks

2. Must be able to work with mimimal supervision

3. Good customer service skills

4. Exceptional attention to detail

5. Must be reliable and be on time

Expected Start Date: Immediate
