**VICE PRESIDENT
The Vice President assists in the company business development based on strategies and goals. He/She is expected to develop and implement market strategies, into the maritime industry that positions the company to achieve long term growth. He/She is task with managing multiple departments, staff and projects within the company and industry. This means having extensive knowledge of the industry, finances and employee output while understanding and striving to meet the company’s strategic goals, mission, values and beliefs.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Understand the business strategy, feasible platform solution and suggestions according to business characteristics.
- Drive collaboration across the organization to identify needs and develop scalable solutions.
- Formulate feasible strategies and plans to achieve company objective and financial target.
- Provide direction and leadership to the appropriate business units on emerging issue and deliver against financial budgets.
- Prioritize objectives and implement strategies to achieve company initiatives as part of the leadership team.
- Build a creative and positive company environment and culture.
- Implement and maintain operational processes and procedures.
- Report on performance metrics and initiate improvements as needed.
- Maximizing the company's operating performance, and helping to achieve the company's goals.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- At least a good Bachelor's Degree, Master Degree in Maritime or other equivalent qualifications.
- At least 10 year(s) of business development/management working experience.
- Minimum 5 years of higher management experience is preferred.
- Have a good professional ethics, good leadership, strong resistance, innovation.
- Strategic vision with the ability to execute and demonstrate leadership presence.
- Control Mindset: commitment to ensuring that the business does the right thing.
- Consulting Skills: an ability to provide added value, including innovative approaches and new or improved solutions.
- Flexibility: the capacity to adapt approach in light of shifting priorities or changing conditions.
- Personal Effectiveness: strong communication, decisiveness, energy, drive, courage and character. A thinker - and a doer.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills as this role require an active cross-functional dialogue with internal, external stakeholders and associated companies.
- Proficient in bilingual languages (able to speak and write English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates for work purposes).
