Cialfo is hiring a Senior Campaign Manager to join the Marketing team, focusing on high school career counselors as the main audience. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this marketer will be responsible for growing our audience of schools and counselors globally.
- The Senior Campaign Manager at Cialfo drives the marketing cycle for high school career counselors - to create awareness, generate demand, accelerate engagement to ultimately increase activation. The Campaign Manager works closely with the business leadership and team, that includes sales, customer success, and product.
- This critical role develops and executes growth marketing strategies to generate new leads, engage and retain new and existing counselors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Think creatively about Cialfo's solutions and position target audiences (counselors) with a thoughtful approach specific to their needs.
- Develop global programs by:

- Creating love for the Cialfo brand. Identify target audiences and create engaging campaigns to generate leads, drive conversion, and engage and retain existing customers.
- Owning all communications and creative content ideation for counselor audiences to create consistent, relevant messaging.
- Increase engagement by educating customers and partners.
- Track and measure results, implement learnings to future campaigns and communicate these results to stakeholders across the organization.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team and across external teams, such as:

- Marketing - to optimize how we use content, social and other aspects of marketing to drive counselor engagement
- Product Marketing - to understand how counselors are currently using Cialfo, how they want to use Cialfo, and working with various teams across the business to close the gap
- Product and Customer Experience teams - to coordinate the successful launch of features and build these launches into counselor campaigns

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years marketing experience, preferably with prior experience in a SaaS company and/or the education industry.
- Ability to demonstrate understanding of the trends, preferences, etc of the target demographic specifically for markets in India, China, and Southeast Asia.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
- Experience in both strategic and tactical aspects of B2B/B2C marketing especially planning, budgeting, campaign development, digital outreach.
- Experience working across levels, with both senior executives and technical professionals.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and crafting marketing content.
- Experience and understanding of B2B business model.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
