Our client is an International Fund Administration that provides a broad range of investment services and support to institutional clients including Real Estate Funds. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a seasoned professional to handle treasury and cash transaction services for their real estate fund clients and the role is based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities
- Manage client relationship to provide fund administration service to them that covers treasury and cash transactions
- Cover clients’ treasury such as cash transactions for the fund and its subsidiaries, fund request on investment, payments etc
- Manage cash transactions such as wire transactions. Liaise with banks, manage bank account opening and transactions executions
- Manage liquidity of the fund’s subsidiaries such as expense payments etc
- Mange investment / portfolio management reports for clients
- Work with other team on KYC process
- Work with external stakeholders on board resolutions and others
- Other ad hoc tasks related to working capital, billing etc

Key requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in fund administration, treasury, cash transaction and payment etc
- Good understanding in fund industry such as real estate fund is an advantage
- Excellent client servicing and communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management, project management and organization skills
- Positive, solution driven, motivated and detailed-oriented
