[What the role is]

MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER, PROGRAMME AND PROJECT

[What you will be working on]

You will manage the programme to support the implementation of new enterprise system projects for the public transport bus eco-system. This role requires an individual who is meticulous in the planning of project programme and is methodical in the tracking of project budget and its utilisation.

You will be involved in the following:
1. Work with internal and external stakeholders and vendors to plan the project programme including forecasting and compilation of budget requirements, taking into consideration of the various sub-projects and their milestones of implementation.

2. Execute and implement the project in accordance with the planned programme timeline through close collaboration with the vendors.

3. Monitor the budget during the entire lifecycle of the projects including the utilisation and variance.

4. Work with the project teams to ensure timeliness payments according to project milestones and deliverables.

5. Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage issues as they arise that may affect in the execution of the project implementation.

6. Act as the primary liaison between IT, business units, and external vendors. Facilitate communications to ensure clarity, alignment, and understanding across all involved parties.

[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Business Management, Data Science or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in management of project implementation programme for large scale projects
- Appreciation of modern IT infrastructure components and development methods is preferred since the scope of work would revolve around implementation of enterprise IT systems
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organised and has a penchant for record keeping
- Able to employ data analytics software for dashboarding will be an advantage
