You have an innate ability to balance timely creative delivery with thoughtful execution. Your ability to understand and guide the creative and media processes is deeply ingrained.
**Responsibilities**:
- Establish and manage cross-functional global communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information and asset deliverables across internal and external creatives, in multiple timezones.
- Ability to effectively manage and clearly communicate overall campaign production timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs.
- Deep project oversight to ensure that we eliminate time-sensitive bottlenecks and produce high-quality creative with appropriate velocity.
- Manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production issues.
- Coordinate and lead onboarding, kick-off, and ongoing meetings to ensure cross-functional teams are aligned on priorities and deadlines throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Integrate closely with internal and external trafficking teams to ensure that all deliverables are implemented correctly, and efficiently, deadlines are met, and executions are flawless.
- Ability to proactively identify and solve potential challenges in the creative and production processes. Ability to effectively manage expectations, when necessary.
- Strong ability to identify and connect project stakeholders
**Qualifications**
- 5 years of advertising production experience specifically with image, film, or video
- Extensive experience working with creative teams
- Ability to understand creative intent and proactively organize partners to bring creative ideas to life.
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
