**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Operations Management**
- Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned kiosks to ensure efficiency and compliance with brand standards.
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to monitor quality, hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Review and monitor SOPs, food safety guidelines, and local regulations.

**2. Team Leadership & Staffing**
- Recruit, train, and manage kiosk managers and front-line staff.
- Conduct evaluations
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer-centric service.

**3. Sales & Financial Performance**
- Drive revenue targets, cost control, and profitability at each store
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

**4. Customer Experience**
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently.
- Handle escalated customer issues and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and initiate service improvement plans.

**5. Inventory & Supply Chain**
- Monitor inventory levels, wastage, and stock ordering accuracy.
- Coordinate with procurement/logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective supply.

**6. Reporting & Administration**
- Submit timely reports on operations, sales performance, staffing, and incidents.
- Maintain accurate records related to staffing, payroll, compliance, and audits.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in multi-unit food & beverage or QSR management.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems, scheduling tools, and performance dashboards.
- Ability to work under pressure, travel frequently, and work flexible hours.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Experience in kiosk or small-format F&B operations.
- Knowledge of local food safety regulations and labor laws.
