**Your role**
- This position will engage, collaborate and partner with Product Management, Software Development, DevOps, and technology partners to drive strategy and approach for Intelligent Document Capturing & Processing. You will be responsible for clarifying requirements, proposing design and supporting implementation as well as providing Production Support for this key area of Information Capturing & Processing (ICP) Crew which is part of Client Documents and Records Management.

- We're looking for a Senior Tech Software Engineer / Lead Business Analyst to:
- clarify and document requirements
- Write software requirements specifications
- refinement
- support Developers and Testers during implementation and verification
- production support
- engaging with all areas within both ICP and multiple stakeholders at all levels across the bank including international locations
- comply with all applicable UBS standards, principles and policies for S/W development and rollouts

**Your team**
- You will be working in the Information Capturing & Processing Crew, which is part of the foundation stream of Client Document and Records Management. You will work within a team software engineers who work across various PODs of Information Capturing & Processing to support the delivery and improvement of products supported by the Agile Crew and respective PODs.
- Along with your Agile POD members, you will primarily work on the Digital Mailroom Frontend Application.
- The crew mission is to become the global differentiator for capturing and processing of (client) information by offering innovative information services for integration & automation.
- The members of your Agile Chapter are working out of Switzerland, India, Poland and Singapore.

**Your expertise**
- strong IT background
- proven delivery of end-to-end Software requirements/projects
- ideally having experience of digitalisation and knowledge of Archiving requirements
- automation of client document processing solutions
- familiar with Agile methodologies
- strong analytical skills
- play an active role in consulting product owners on translating OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) into backlog items and including product improvements into the Crew’s roadmap
- manage and maintain requests for comments (RFCs), Change requests in parallel to risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAIDs)

Essential Skills/Experience:

- proven ability to work with Testers and Developers
- excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to work as part of a Global team
- able to prioritize work in a high velocity environment
- good communication and inter-personal skills
- proven ability to come up with a design and seek agreement/signoff from all key stakeholders
