Group Accountant

In this role, you will report directly to the Group CFO and be responsible for a range of essential tasks that ensure the financial well-being of the organization. Your main duties will include preparing monthly and year-end consolidations, half-yearly results announcements, forecasts, budgets, and year-end statutory accounts for the Group. Additionally, you will perform analytical reviews of the financial statements of subsidiary companies and manage both internal and external reporting.
You will also be instrumental in optimizing the organization’s capital structure through strategic capital investments, manage the complete preparation of the annual report, and liaise with auditors on all audit matters.
To excel in this role, you should be a member of a recognized professional accounting body with at least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles within a listed group finance function or a Big 4 accountancy firm. Consolidation experience and strong technical knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and the Income Tax Act are required.
Moreover, you should be independent, meticulous, and analytical, with the ability to effectively manage relationships across departments and various levels of management.
