Coordinate and supervise site workers and subcontractors;
- Schedule in accordance to the master and detailed work programme
- Manage and oversee the civil and recovered materials work in order to ensure the Project Safety, environmental, quality and Programme objectives are satisfied.
- Monitor materials on site in order to ensure that the appropriate material is available to meet the construction program.
- Oversee the construction activities and progress, plan, implement and monitor work and ensure progress according to schedule,
- Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safer and neat
- Ensure all works are carried out in line with safety standards in order to provide high-quality works in safe and efficient manner.
- Provide guidance to workers in relation to our scope of work, Maintain quality standards,
- Carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time
- Ensure efficient deployment of manpower on site
- Attend Project Meeting

**Requirement**:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in project management/construction sector
- Possession of a Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisors & Work at Height Certificate
- Class 3 Driving License
- Able to work in a fast pace environment and handle tight deadlines
- Required language: English and Chinese Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese speaking customer

**Additional Information**:

- 6 working Days per week
- Working Hour: 8am - 7pm
- Working after office hours might be required, depending on the project
- Salary will be commensurate based on qualification and experience
