**Our Client **is a industrial equipment supplier providing turnkey solution, products and services to customers. For business expansion, the company is seeking to hire a Sales Manager to manage organisational sales and oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.

**The Job**:

- Manage organisational sales to achieve sales goals & business objectives
- Plan and develop business plan that cover sales, revenue and expense controls
- Mentor, coach, train and lead a sales teams to reach individual and team sales targets
- Maintain and develop good business rapport with principals, major accounts and associated business partners
- Source for new business opportunities and coordinte with marketing on lead generation
- Keep abreast of market trend and stay ahead of competitors’ range of products and services
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience in **heavy lifting equipment or material handling equipment industry **, preferred with a listed company
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Experience in leading and motivating a sales team
- Excellent people and client engagement skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to travel overseas for business assignment if require
- IT-savvy and proficient in Office 365

**Other Information**:

- Working Location: WEST of Singapore
- Working Schedule: 5-Days Working Week, normal working hours
