Key Role Description
- Support the development and implementation of internal and external communication and marketing strategies for the organisation.
- Support the roll out of strategies - which include media, partner and public relations, internal communications, digital and marketing platforms and branding efforts - and that they are unified, consistent and promotes the corporate identity and mission.
- Support efforts to brand awareness and communicate to stakeholders (partners, donors, funders and public) the organisation’s services, activities and impact.

Main duties include:
**Administration and support**
- To support the day-to-day operations of the department, which include processing requests, data entry and management, and making bookings and arrangements as necessary
- To support with tracking and monitoring of communications efforts, such as tracking media coverage and social media activities for the organisation, as well as helping to maintain and coordinate (posting, tracking and reviewing) content for various platforms
- To procure products and services required for communications and partnerships efforts (e.g. assist with development of collaterals, sourcing for quotes)
- Supporting book sales and promotion efforts
- _To assist with tracking book sales (inventory tracking, processing of payments, etc.)_
- _To support with book production and promotion efforts (e.g. book launch efforts, engagement sessions, marketing and publicity efforts like photography, event management, etc)_

**Public relations and marketing support**
- Support communications and marketing strategies for organisation’s platforms, including website and social media management
- Manage or support corporate and centre-led events and marketing campaigns
- Support the development of key Montfort Care collaterals (Annual Report, corporate branding materials, etc) and ensure adherence to brand and corporate identity guidelines

**Internal communications**
- Review and manage internal communications platforms and systems (particularly between centres, with staff, and with volunteers)
- Manage inter-department updates and clearance of assets - photos, videos, testimonies, human interest stories - for Montfort Care’s media library and use

**Corporate partnerships**
- Manage stakeholder, donor and partner database
- Coordinate the review of and liaison with partners, volunteers and internal teams

Key Requirements:

- Possess a good bachelor degree in any discipline; preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration;
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Corporate Communications, Public Relations or equivalent is preferred;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Effective communication skills; good command of written and spoken English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
