Coordinate team activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Create and update data in office system including PO creation & quotation.
- Track stocks of supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals/ completion report as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary

**Requirements**:

- Possess qualification of N level above
- Working experience prefered
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and adobe acrobat
- Communication in English and mandarin
- Positive and keen learning aptitude.
- Able to work under a tight timeline and handle working pressure.
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- **Preferably Singaporean due to quota limitation**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
