**Job Title: Selenium Automation Tester**

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test scripts using Selenium and Java.
- Conduct API and message-based automation testing to ensure seamless integration across systems.
- Implement and manage test data strategies for efficient and reusable testing processes.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to define test strategies and scenarios.
- Execute and monitor automated test cases, analyze results, and identify areas for improvement.
- Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Lead and participate in defect triage meetings to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct performance testing and ensure adherence to performance benchmarks.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members on test automation best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation with Selenium and Java.
- Experience with API automation tools and techniques (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
- Experience in managing and delivering large-scale test automation programs.
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience working across multiple geographies.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in handling performance testing tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of containerization and cloud-based environments for automation execution.
- Familiarity with advanced testing techniques, including security testing and exploratory testing.
