Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in Planning and Coordination on Daily, Weekly and Monthly Schedule
- Communicate and coordinate with Main Con, Projects Director and Project Manager
- Liaise with Main Con with regards to all site matters and attend weekly meetings
- Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site update
- Well manage and asssign own company workers and subcontractor work to perform
- Ensure all safety and quality assurance procedures and standards are followed
- Attend Site Meetting and Site work if required
Requirement:
- Required skills: Fair English conversational skill, Independent & flexible with working hours, Good reporting & documentation skills.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in **Singapore **in ID Builders works is **REQUIRED **for this position.
- Good in microsoft excel, words, powerpoint and outlook
- Able to work under pressure
- Good in multi tasking and can handle complex scheduling
- Able to work on sat and work late if required
- Need to understand drawings
**Working hours**:Mondays - Saturday, Regular hours
