**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments in accordance with procedures and work instructions.
- Administer and transact inbound and outbound shipments accurately and timely, meeting internal and external KPI requirements.
- Collaborate closely with operations team on tasks related to inbound, outbound, and inventory management.
- Liaise with forwarders and transporters to arrange inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain proper recording and filing systems for working documents.
- Perform cycle count administration and provide general administrative support to the operations team.
- Compile and submit routine operations data as instructed.
- Prepare and reconcile billing and operations data for submission to Customers, Manager, or Executive.
- Administer purchase and vendor invoices, and verify/administer customer invoices promptly.
- Handle customer service functions, addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints, and escalate as necessary.
- Report any non-compliances or operational changes promptly to supervisors.
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by Manager or Executive.
- Comfortable lifting goods weighing approximately 15-20kg when required.

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in Warehouse Management Systems (for Logistics Officer).
- Willingness to work beyond regular office hours and weekends as needed.
- Proficient in data entry, Microsoft Excel, and customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous.
- Minimum 'O' Levels qualification for Logistics Assistant.
- Minimum GCE 'A' Level or Diploma holder for Logistics Officer.
- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience.
