Contribute to planning of trading strategy
- Lead trading P&L improvement activities through P&L analysis and management
- Monitor trading exposures and utilized credit amounts to ensure they are within respective approved limits
- Conduct export control management to ensure its compliance
- Enlighten relevant internal and external regulations to the trading members
- Propose and conduct work process efficiency by use of digital technology
- Conduct appropriate expenses management including subscription fees
- Liaise with Headquarters (ENEOS Corporation in Japan)
- Carry out other duties assigned by Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director as and when necessary
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor or Master degree is of economics, accounting, law etc.
- At least 25 years of relevant experience in oil trading / oil and gas industries
- Have experience in all of operation of oil trading, refinery planning & optimization and managing marine shipping.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Ability to communicate in fluent English to communicate with colleague and clients well.
- Ability to speak and write in Japanese language is required to communicate with Japanese speaking associates and clients, and to report to headquarter managements in Japan.
- Frequent travel to target areas such as India, Philippine, China (Shandon Province) etc. is required.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a strategic mind
- Meticulous with good communication and presentation skill
- An effective team player who is innovative and forward thinking
