**Tuition Coordinator (Korean Speaker)**

**About Us**

**Job Duties**
- Develop, implement, and review operational procedures. These include handling enquiries, student enrolment, classroom schedule, payroll
- Prepare invoices, collect payments, and follow up with customers on administrative matters
- Update marketing resources onto blogs, forums, and social media
- Collaborate with Finance for payments
- Remote Position - Answer the company phone whatsapp messages and calls between 10 AM to 630 PM, Singapore Time

**Job Requirements**
- Native competency in written and spoken Korean
- Fresh A-level and IB graduates are welcome to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good attitude towards learning and culture of improvement
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- Task oriented, conscientious in documentation
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Strong sense of responsibility to complete tasks within deadline
- Strong problem-solving skills in optimising workflows and work problems

**Additional Details**

Working Hours: Fully remote and flexible

**Salary**: SGD $300 with a 2.5% commission on new students.

Commitment: Freelance (Minimum Commitment of 1 year)

Expected Start Date: ASAP
