As part of the Port & Terminal Procurement team you will be involved in the following:
**Responsibilities**:

- Source, evaluate and select vendor for container terminal and port marine services procurement
- Performs total costs analysis, monitor rebates/discounts, volume and trend reporting and budgeting
- Monitor business performance analysis to provide meaningful information for effective and optimum business decision making
- Monitor KPIs of agency performance on procurement matters, work with agencies to achieve and improve KPI
- Engagement with vendors and agencies on issues and resolutions
- Manage vendor agreements and stakeholders management, including with operations ,marine insurance, legal, trade and network teams, for contracts reviews
- Active participation and contributions to assigned projects, including preparation of presentation materials
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Maritime Studies or equivalent.
- 3 - 5 years relevant experience in shipping lines set-up
- Resilient, driven and results focus and able to work in a fast pace environment
- Good analytical skills with good command of communication
- Experience in Tableau an advantage
