**You'll make a difference by**:

- **Develop Digital Content**: Create content strategies and content for our website, social media, and internal platforms of thought leadership and branding activities.
- **Support Brand Marketing**: Assist in setting long-term organizational goals and build brand awareness and align with the Siemens’s goals through marketing initiatives.
- **Social Media Monitoring**:Monitor online conversations about Siemens, analyze trends, and evaluate key metrics to improve social media performance.
- **Plan and Coordinate Events**:Manage the end-to-end planning and logistics for both online and in-person branding and marketing activities, such as employee engagement.
- **Team Collaboration**: Partner with teams across different department to produce relevant and cohesive content.

**You'll win us over by**:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficient in video and graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, CapCut or Canva.
- A team player, possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive and having a strong attention to detail and adaptable to fast-paced environment.
- Able to commit for minimum 6 months tenure.
