_Job Highlights_ - Hybrid Work Arrangement - Attractive Remuneration Package & Growth Opportunities - Collaborative Work Culture - Job Description_ **Who are we looking for**: We are looking for an individual who is able to own post-sales customer activities with responsibilities in project implementation, account renewals, pipeline referrals and customer satisfaction. You are a brilliant communicator, have solid business acumen, and a desire to help customers. **What you will be doing**: You will be responsible for customer wellbeing by monitoring clients' portfolios and acting as an escalation point for customer issues. You will identify expansion opportunities and services and manage contract renewals. - Create, identify and qualify selling opportunities by maintaining regular contact with new and existing customers. - Proactively analyse and provide strategic engagement with clients. - Collect customer product feedback to contribute to product development. - Develop strategic growth plans for key accounts in your portfolio. - Build a high quality "success/marketing plan" inclusive of customer objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks and metrics needed to achieve them. **What we need from you**: - Local diploma/Degree in admin, marketing or related fields. - Marketing software experience is preferred - Proven record of working in a customer facing role, in a fast-paced environment - Strong customer service and troubleshooting/problem solving skills - Strong team, networking and relationship building skills - Highly organised, collaborative and detailed oriented - Strong presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,600.00 per month **Benefits**: - Employee discount - Flexible schedule - Professional development Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus **Education**: - Local Polytechnic Diploma (required) Work Location: In person
