**Responsibilities**
- Guide clients in selecting suitable personal loan products based on their financial needs.
- Provide clear and accurate information on loan terms, conditions, and repayment plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines, working closely with the compliance team.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth loan approval and disbursement.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and support.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients, promote loan products, and generate referrals.
- Achieve monthly loan disbursement targets while maintaining ethical lending standards.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and loan progress.
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore’s money lending regulations and company policies.
- Work closely with the Collections Manager on overdue accounts, including conducting site visits for collections.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in licensed moneylending, with a proven track record.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s lending regulations is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive, goal-driven, and skilled in problem-solving.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Pay: From $3,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Debt Collection: 2 years (required)
